2024 is already shaping up to be a big year for Trevor Noah!
The comedian and former The Daily Show host, 40, will not only be hosting the Grammy Awards ceremony for the fourth consecutive year but he’s also been nominated for best comedy album for his title, I Wish You Would.
“I’m hosting the Grammys. I’m excited about that, yeah,” Noah said on his podcast, What Now? With Trevor Noah on Thursday. “It’s a lot of fun. I enjoy the Grammys because I get to watch the show in person and then experience and comment on it in person while it’s happening.”
And if he’s successful on the evening — scheduled to take place on Sunday, Feb. 4 2024 — Noah could become only the second Grammy’s host to win an award on the same night as hosting. The first was Kenny Rogers, who won best country vocal performance, male for “The Gambler” in 1980, per Billboard.
